Viva Las Vegas

I am, yet again, going on a trip. This time it's not to far off lands or anything adventurous.. just Las Vegas.

As for other news..

NEW CAMERA :aww: :D
I recently received an Olympus Stylus :D
I'm in love with it, not only because it is green, but also because I don't have to worry about damaging it or getting it wet. A care-free camera.. the best kind :) I'll be taking all my pictures in Vegas with that.. so it will get much use out of it in no time.

Thanks for all the support from everyone.
Apologies for not posting much lately.. I have some pictures waiting in Lightroom for me to mess around with and get them up.. so soon!!

I had my camera at the skatepark today, and ended up telling a bunch of skaters that I have more fun taking photos of flowers than of them! I did mean it as a friendly insult, but not understanding what I really meant, they took it a little more insulting than I meant. He he..

Flowers are definitely my main thing to photograph.
There's just so much detail and different angles you can get and all that good stuff :D
I'm just waiting to go to a botanical garden during the summer at some point.. our garden is very limited the variety of flowers so..

I don't have a macro lens, but I try and get as close as possible with my wide angle! And somehow it works surprisingly well! For some reason though, my favorite subject to photograph is flowers. Go figure?! But they're just so beautiful!

Yes! My Father invested in the macro world because I drove him to it ;P

It is for sure my favourite type of photography because something so ordinary, can be viewed with a new perspective as something extraordinary :)
